State and Motion, a brand new independent music artist management and consultancy company launched in 2016 by good friends Matt Clark and Paul Rivers.
Between them, over twenty years experience in promoting/booking, live music and event management, artist development, business affairs, royalties, copyright, labels and publishing.
With a genuine love of music and the industry, these two friends came together to build an artist led company, creating bespoke management based around and for the benefit of guiding, nurturing, protecting and exposing the artists and writers they work with onto much bigger and better things.
